2015-2016, Junior Year, Applied Technology High School
Andrews Residence is a “tiny-living” sustainable house, designed over a year-long high school project during my junior year. The house is constructed from two 20’x8’ intermodal units (IMUs). The deliverables for this project included: a full scale 3D model of the house, a physical model of at 1/4”=1’-0” scale, manually drafted floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof plan, and a manually drafted two-point perspective illustrated with watercolors.
Programs: SketchUp
Materials: watercolor paper, tracing paper, graphite, watercolor paint, foam core, cardboard, glue

Top: In-progress photo of the creation of the two-point perspective drawing using the floor plans, West elevation, and South elevation. Completed drawing is shown at top of webpage, painted using watercolors.

Right: Photograph of both floor plans, showing details such as; door- and window-swings, furniture, roof outline, and labels.
